CasaLeTolfe is made up of 4 farmouses along Strada delle Tolfe, within 1 mile each other, each offering their own unique charm and services. Only 1 farmhouse has outdoor swimming pool on site, but all the farmhouses can access and use it. Please make sure you understand which farmhouse you have booked in. Some of our apartments allow pets to join you, some do not. Please be sure you know you're stay in a pet-friendly apartment or contact us to be sure. CasaLeTolfe 4 Farmhouses: CasaLe Cipriano is located along the Strada delle Tolfe, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woodland. It boasts a swimming pool with breathtaking views, a shared vegetable garden and a multipurpose room, "La Scuderia", suitable for meetings, study or remote working. The accommodation is surrounded by walls with an automatic gate, large green spaces and lots of lovely shade. CasaLe Nociano is located 1km from CasaLe Cipriano, on a hill with a 360° panoramic view. The farmhouse is surrounded by walls with an automatic gate and the apartments all have private gardens. You will share the laundry and covered parking with the other guests of CasaLe Nociano. CasaLe Casanova is 1.2km from Cipriano; it has an elegant facade with a refined loggia typical of Tuscan rural houses of the Renaissance. This farmhouse has ample parking spaces, spectacular views, ribbed and barrel vaults and private gardens. You will share the well-stocked laundry room with the other guests of CasaLe Casanova. CasaLe Belvedere, open only in the winter months, is an ancient sharecropping house converted at the beginning of the 20th century into an elegant palace which has retained the surprising ribbed vaults typical of Tuscan stables.

CasaLeTolfe enjoys immense green spaces ranging from the Strada delle Tolfe through vineyards, olive groves, woodland and fields to the Bozzone stream for walks, adventures and picnics. This corner of paradise has a biodiversity to be cherished and protected. There are many animals that live here: wild boars, roe deer, hedgehogs, badgers, foxes and incredible birds including the friendly green woodpecker and the funny nocturnal scops owl. Make sure you have a torch and reflectors after sunset as the Strada delle Tolfe is poorly lit. While the absence of lighting can pose a risk during evening walks, it also prevents light pollution, ensuring the presence of wild animals, biodiversity, and a romantic view of the stars.
