An area surrounded by the Pratomagno, the famous Chianti and the Valdambra; this is the Valdarno. Here in the middle is "Casa Lina" a place where you can get away from the frenzy of daily life and immerse yourself in the green, in a situation of total peace, but 5 minutes from all services. Casa Lina is a spacious two-storey fully furnished apartment, with a large entrance hall, a small laundry area, a double bedroom, bathroom and a hallway.
We are just 20km from Arezzo, 40km from Siena and 50km from Florence; a really strategic point as a starting point to visit some of the most appreciated beauties of Tuscany. Not less important is the presence of just 15 minutes from the famous area of Chianti. For shopping lovers we find less than 10 minutes the outlet of Prada, 30km the Mall luxury outlet and 40km the Valdichiana village.
