Lovely holiday apartment in the old town of Santa Teresa Gallura only 300 m away from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach. Casa Lorenza, with free internet access, can hold up to 4 guests and it’s made of a living room with equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, a double bedroom on the lower floor, accessible through a staircase. The apartment is completely air conditioned and has also a small terrace. Casa Lorenza is adjacent to Casa Gemma (4 beds): the two houses can be rented together for a total of 8 beds. Rules: - MANDATORY MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX EUR 2.50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, FROM 01 JUNE TO 30 SEPTEMBER, TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL. THE PRICE OF THE ACCOMMODATION ON BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, WHICH WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH. - During their stay, guests will have to carry out separate waste collection by correctly separating waste and respecting the daily "door-to-door" calendar using the bins. Any remaining rubbish must be disposed of before departure via the nearest recycling centers. Failure to comply with the rules will result in a penalty that will be withheld from the security deposit. - We ask our guests kindly to leave the house tidy as found, the kitchen and crockery cleaned and the fridge empty - Bed sheets and towels can be rented on request for EUR 20 per person to pay at the check-in.
