La struttura è ampia e luminosa con molti spazi aperti ed esclusivi. Il solarium è sicuramente la parte con il panorama migliore.
Sono una persona molto accogliente ma anche discreta corro nei boschi e posso darvi molte informazioni sulle nostre bellezze sia in costa che all'interno, qualora vi faccia piacere.
Il quartiere residenziale SEA GREEN è inserito all'interno della zona detta TAUNUS, collinare tra Sirolo e Numana, per cui più fresco e ventilato, lontano dai rumori del lungomare, adatto a persone sportive che non temono di camminare, correre o utilizzare la bici, vi è comunque un bus gratuito che passa ogni giorno in diversi orari gratuitamente. La zona è verde e ondulata dietro vi sono campi coltivati e strade bianche sterrate, avanti, scendendo, il mare. Tutto nel raggio di 2km, 2km e mezzo.
