Casa Rosa di Cavoli (Pink house of Cavoli) is simply unique. In the 1930s the building used to be a granite factory. My grandfather bought the granite quarries, whose extension used to be all the land of Cavoli and Seccheto. This area used to be a granite quarry already during the ancient Roman civilization: some of the columns of the Pantheon in Rome come right from here. In the late 80, the building was renovated in what it is right now: 3 beautiful apartments on the bottom and a large one on the top, where we live. The property has a large botanical garden taken care for by my father and myself. We also own a small beach which is quite rare
