The three-bedroom holiday house in Northern Tuscany is perfect for six guests. It has a well-maintained garden, a loggia and a pergola to dine and relax in the open. The living room has a sofa, a TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. - Gas heating, if necessary due to the climate, must be paid on site and according to consumption.There is a charge of 1 euro per M3 for gas to be paid locally. -Damage deposit Euro 400 required for under 21 years old groups. -Tax Town to be paid on the spot: Euro 1,5 per pax per day - until 7 days - up to 12 years old are exempt. -Pets are allowed at an extra cleaning charge of Euro 60.
