The S.Leonardo house at 1300 meters above sea level is immersed in the most beautiful Dolomites, in a day you can reach the most sought-after places such as Cortina, the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, the Pusteria valley, etc. Endless walks among the most beautiful peaks in the world, dozens and dozens of unforgettable destinations. Skiing at 2000 meters on the beautiful slopes of Padola just 5 minutes away, served by rental and ski school, connected by free bus to the slopes of Sesto, or to Auronzo 20 minutes away or even to Sappada 25 minutes away. Our house is humble, offered at a price that we consider competitive, but complete with all the comforts, comfortable and charming, renovated in 2024. Parking is on the street, you leave the car and walk down a 50 meter pedestrian path, ours is the last house and therefore a wonderful panorama opens up, like in a mountain hut, the photos prove it. It is located on the ground floor with only 2 steps to enter. The kitchen is new with dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso machine for Lavazza "A Modo Mio" capsules (we also provide a taste), oil, salt, pepper, there are all the detergents, tablecloth, tea towels, table with two stools. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and detergent, 2 towels per person, shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper, hairdryer, we inform you that there is no bidet. There is a single bed in the hallway between the living room and the bathroom in which a safety net for children can be applied (provided) and in the living room a 2-seater sofa bed, 1 armchair, extendable table, TV, wifi. We provide sheets. On the terrace there is a small table and two chairs. We pay particular attention to cleaning that you will surely appreciate. The independent heating is guaranteed by a modern and powerful self-cleaning pellet stove, no maintenance, just top up the pellets provided.

Reviews are important, a bad rating (if undeserved) embitters us, but above all it confuses the guest who books. Unfortunately, some guests aware of what they expected, have nevertheless unfairly reviewed our house negatively. To prevent this from happening, please ask your respectful needs before booking, we will gladly respond. Here is where we are: Casamazzagno is a small mountain village where the services are not those of an important location, however, a 2-minute walk away there are two bars and an excellent shop selling dairy products, cold cuts, fresh bread and some basic necessities. A 10-15 minute walk away (one minute by car) there is a pharmacy, a typical restaurant, an A&O market, small but well-stocked (without a butcher's department). Less than 5 minutes by car there is a Despar supermarket stocked with everything and many other shops and various services. The street parking is close to the house and generally has free spaces all year round, but I must warn you that during the two central weeks of AUGUST, due to the heavy tourist influx, it is not always possible to find a place, having to move to the parking lot of the nearby church of San Leonardo connected by short pedestrian paths to the house (2-3 minutes on foot). As everywhere, it is normal that in winter after a snowfall there are some problems with traffic and parking. We are in the mountains and the roads are uphill as well as downhill, keep this in mind if you have physical problems.
