Casa Tua - Sea View Vi da il Benvenuto ! The house is accessible ONLY ON FOOT, a 10-minute walk from the CASA TUA secure private parking lot. Casa Tua has a private entrance and is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, WI-FI, and a SMART TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, and Disney Plus. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with a small freezer, and a washing machine. It is also fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. An espresso machine with coffee and tea capsules is also available. The house features a large terrace with a SEA VIEW. A comfortable double bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows is provided. Sheets and towels are provided. The house has a total area of 40 square meters, excluding the balcony. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, and sink with a drawer and a set of bathroom amenities. The house is not wheelchair accessible.
