House in a residential complex of terraced houses, in a very quiet area, with air conditioning, fireplace, private parking, and a veranda with a garden. The house is laid out on the ground floor with double entrance leading to the veranda and garden, featuring a master bedroom, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, and a kitchen with a second dining table inside. We also have a basement accessible via external stairs adjacent to the veranda, where we find a master bedroom with a skylight window, a bathroom, and a living room with 2 beds or a sofa with a small kitchenette, convenient for breakfast and quick meals without having to go upstairs. Excellent location, close to everything and in a quiet area surrounded by a park.
I am Nicola a surfer who enjoy Sardinia mostly in winter months, while renting the house during other periods . I love the nature beauty of this land!
Baja Sardinia Is very Little but seems having endless Little bay to Discover, epic trekking in the zone , snorkeling, very advised kayak or sup to reach secret spot. Supearket , bar&restaurants, bank and everything you Need for a special holiday all in the area. Nearest beach , Porto Sole 5 minuts walk. Porto Cervo Is Just 8 minuts by car.
