The house is located in the hills of the municipality of Serravalle Pistoiese completely surrounded by greenery. It is part of an annex of the ancient manor complex of an ancient Medici property. Completely renovated with traditional materials. The farm is very suitable for families who want to relax and enjoy the Tuscan beauties. We have a small gym with the possibility of having a private personal trainer and yoga classes with a teacher. In our garden there is a play area with table tennis, jumpy and games for children such as slide, swing and much more. During your stay you can take advantage of the cleaning service and change of sheets and towels on request (for a fee) or otherwise every 5-6 days (included in the price) from the date of check in. The path to get to the Podere has a gravel road. The double bedroom located on the first floor has a portable air conditioner branded "Delonghi PAC EX105 A+++" latest model, suitable for country and historic houses where the air conditioner with heat pump is not suitable for aesthetic reasons and environmental respect. The room with the bunk bed, located on the ground floor, has a fan as air conditioning is not necessary.
