Pretty and refined holiday home in Montesilvano, in Via Lago di Carezza, 50 meters from the sea. 🌴🌝🏊🌈 The apartment has a large perimeter balcony with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners. Internally it is composed of a living room with 2-seater sofa bed, table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen with fridge and oven, microwave oven, electric plate and kettle available, two large double bedrooms, one with a sofa bed, two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, air conditioning in every room, for a surface area of ​​80 m2. Two flat screen TVs, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. For maximum 6 people. We rent for a minimum of three nights, with arrival after 3 pm and departure by 10 am. Free and private parking inside the condominium courtyard. Pedestrian and cycle park road accessible directly from the property. Santa Filomena pine forest 30 meters away, where you can also walk with your dogs. If you have children you must bring everything you need. Dogs are allowed, up to a medium size, if they are well-behaved and used to being indoors. 🐾 Abruzzo airport is 10 km away, Pescara station is 5 km away. Trabocchi’s coast is 28 km away, Silvi Marina is 7 km away. Vasto is 70 km away. At 50 meters you will find both the equipped and the free beach, and if you have dogs there is a dogbeach where you can take them 400 meters away.
