Hello everyone, my name is Massimiliano and I am a restaurateur. I decided to buy this historic villa and dedicate the name to my daughter Letizia, the great love of my life:) I hope to host many of you!!

Property information

This historic villa dates back to 1914 and still retains the Liberty style that characterized the manor houses of the time. Ophelia, on the first floor of the villa, is equipped with every comfort that makes it the ideal place to spend a holiday in the heart of Tuscany. On the ground floor, in a small apartment the owner lives. The lounge on the ground floor, the large historic Italian garden and the pool are shared among the guests. A stone's throw from shops, bar, restaurants, supermarkets...

Neighbourhood information

Foiano della Chiana is located in the heart of the Val di Chiana, exceptionally excluded from the typical tourist itineraries, a short distance from the incredible beauty of the Crete Senesi and the Val d'Orcia (Unesco World Heritage) as Arezzo, Siena and Perugia. Ideal for a regenerating vacation from city life and for those who love hiking trails on foot or by bike.
