La struttura si trova nel cuore del centro storico della città, vicino alla Cattedrale di Santa Chiara, in zona dotata di parcheggi a pagamento e non. Il quartiere è ricco di attività commerciali, presenti vari ristoranti , pizzerie, gelaterie, ufficio informazioni, mini market. A poca distanza è presente farmacia e ambulatorio medico. Stazione ferroviaria a 700 metri dall'alloggio. Le spiaggie più vicine distano soltanto 15 minuti in auto. La struttura è dotata di ombrelloni e giochi da spiaggia per l'estate, e ombrelli. A Disposizione a richiesta è presente una culla.
