This characterfully furnished apartment is located in an old farmhouse. It features a private lawn with beautiful views over the estate; the ideal place to wake up peacefully in the morning. The property is very suitable for families.
Children can romp in the small playground on the estate and horseback riding is also possible on the estate. Or go shopping in Pian di San Martino or Todi (famous for its medieval centre). These towns are within a 5-kilometre radius of the residence. Visiting historical places such as Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi is also among the possibilities.
Inside, the house is equipped with typical Umbrian elements. From the terracotta floor to the beamed ceiling and the fireplace. The atmospheric furniture and the robust building style will take you back in time. As icing on the cake, you also have access to the shared swimming pool! For 200 euros per person per week or 20 euros per person per day, you have unlimited access (from 15:00 to 18:00) to the wellness centre, including sauna, Turkish bath, solarium and bubble bath. The wellness centre is only accessible to guests aged 14 and above.
