The Sante family were born and raised in Cepagatti/Rosciano, Abruzzo. Casale Del Sole was gradually developed and built with much love and care to represent a structure blending the best of new and old. Our family have always been known to entertain all our friends and family, and our home was always the meeting place. It gives us great pleasure to welcome people from all walks of life into our BnB and restaurant (Friday-Sunday), as well as offering private functions.
My family and I love meeting people from all walks of life and are happy to share what we know and love of Abruzzo.

Casale Del Sole is located in the beautiful untouched area of Rosciano. Just a 20 minute drive to Pescara beach, whilst surrounded by beautiful scenic landscapes. This is the perfect place for you to base yourselves away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to relax and experience the local produce (food and wine) and culture of Abruzzo.
All rooms have private en suite bathrooms for your ultimate privacy and are equipped with brand new split system air-conditioners and flat screen TVs.

You will be surrounded by the natural beauty of Abruzzo's picturesque mountains, olive groves and vineyards. All of which you can enjoy, taste and experience for yourself during your stay.
It is a short 20 minute drive to the main city Pescara, where you can enjoy a day at the beach where all you'll need to bring is your towel and sun cream, or experience the nightlife with an abundance of bars and restaurants. You can also do some shopping and visit some of the big retail stores such as H&M and Zara.
Casale Del Sole will enable you to take a break from your busy life, and experience the peaceful and relaxing surroundings, whilst not being too far away from the action.
