The Casetta "next to the Creek" is located in the center of Belluno, 10 'walk from the historic center; on the ground floor, with terrace, surrounded by the nature, along the stream Ardo, a tributary of the River Piave, sacred to the Motherland; from the house you can take beautiful walks along the river and - in a few minutes - to the center of Belluno. It’s a place for those who want to rest, including families with children; terrace filled with plants and flowers will allow you to have lunch, relax or sunbathe on the deck chairs provided. Inside the house, you will find everything you need to live comfortably, linens and pots, towels and TV, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. "You're in the city but you are in an oasis," this is one of the last comments of our guest. A "sweet" welcome will always be prepared for the guests. There are also all the details and brochures on downtown restaurants, on walks and hikes on the Dolomites, Loriana and Lorenzo you can suggest you some places to visit.

Salve! I'm Loriana, I'm a French Teacher in high school with the passion for the Young education. With my husband Lorenzo we love nature and to take care to our garden and the Casetta in Belluno; flower, plants and had craft are some of our passions. We improve always our "Casetta next to the Creek" in order to welcome better our guests. Inside and outside, in the terrasse you can breathe nature and friendship. We love to take care to the details and give to our guests all the information for their stay on the Dolomites. Lorenzo and me, we are engaged in voluntary social work, we have 2 sons, Nicola and Alessandro, 26 and 22 in 2015 and ... a cat and a dog ...

La Casetta "next to the Creek" si trova in centro a Belluno, a 10' a piedi dal centro storico; situata al piano terra, con terrazzo, immersa nel verde, lungo il torrente Ardo, affluente del fiume Piave, sacro alla Patria; dalla casetta è possibile fare delle belle passeggiate lungo il torrente e - in pochi minuti - raggiungere il centro di Belluno. Luogo adatto a chi vuole riposare, anche alle famiglie con bambini; il terrazzo ricco di piante e fiori vi permetterà di pranzare all'aperto, di rilassarvi o prendere il sole sulle sedie a sdraio messe a disposizione. All'interno della casetta troverete tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente, dalle lenzuola alle pentole, dagli asciugamano alla TV, microonde, frigo, lavatrice. "Stai dentro la città ma sei in un'oasi", questo uno degli ultimi commenti di un nostro ospite. Un "dol ce" welcome di benvenuto sarà sempre preparato per gli ospiti.
