Casita Esperanza is a two-room apartment on two floors, a few steps from the centre of Copparo. Nearby there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and the bus station. You can park for free in front of the house; the apartment is in the inner courtyard, quiet and peaceful. The house can accommodate 2 adults and 1 or 2 children (under 18 years old). The house has a double bed in the upstairs bedroom and a double sofa bed on the ground floor in the living room. The house is about 15 km from Ferrara. The nearest airport is "Guglielmo Marconi" in Bologna. Something "special" about the house: My dad and my brother were blacksmiths and therefore they helped me a lot in the first renovation of the house; in fact, the gate, the double glazed windows, but above all what I love most, all the wrought iron furniture was made by my dad and my brother. Quindi...letto, specchio, comodini, scrivania, credenza buffet, bastoni delle tende ed altre cose in ferro battuto sono tutte ricordi speciali di famiglia così come pure i bauli che appartenevano ai miei nonni e l'artigianato sudamericano arriva direttamente da Messico e Perù. Nel 2023 mio fratello si ammala e così parto con questa avventura senza più tanto soffermarmi a pensare se la casa fosse "perfetta" o meno, avevo già ristrutturato negli ultimi anni e predisposto la casa a partire ma poi sollecitata dall'esigenza..... Esperanza si è rivelata nel suo nome, che non è mai stato casuale durante tutto il periodo della ristrutturazione e della rinascita, volendo portare vita laddove c'era tanta tristezza. Cerco di trasmettere ai miei Ospiti il mio amore per l'Ospitalità e soprattutto non nascondo l' ambizione di trasmettere i valori che hanno fatto nascere "Casita Esperanza".

Hello everyone! I currently work as a museum reception and surveillance officer. For this reason, I ask my kind guests for a little understanding regarding the flexibility of arrival times as it is shift work. I do everything by myself as mine is a simple tourist rental; I try to do my best but I apologise for any defects or shortcomings that I hope you will communicate to me immediately! Copparo is a well-organised town, nothing is missing! It is full of cafes, patisseries, restaurants, there is no shortage of the Theatre, the Hospital and the very well-served Bus Station. Near the house there are several supermarkets, some of which can also be easily reached on foot. Copparo is close to Ferrara but also to Rovigo, not so far from Padua and Venice. The Po Delta Park is wonderful in the summer period with its numerous opportunities for nature excursions.
