The apartment, located on the second floor of a building in the historic center of Clusane, is located a few meters from the lake in a very quiet area with limited traffic.
The open space has recently been completely renovated and is finished with great care.
It consists of a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, smart TV and sofa bed and a sleeping area with a double bed.
A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
We are located in the quiet town of Clusane, a few meters from Lake Iseo and its enchanting nature, and immersed in Franciacorta, a place of ancient and engaging history, an Italian excellence, in which wine has always been the great protagonist.
The center of Iseo, with its lakeside promenade and countless bars, is only 5 km away, while the wonderful centers of Bergamo and Brescia are just 30 km away.
Free parking is a few meters from the apartment.
