Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number of the reservation to organize your arrival with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate the arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can arrive on time to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax From JANUARY 1, 2025, the municipality of Chiavari applies a tourist tax of 1.00 euros/day per person (up to 7 nights) all year round which will be collected separately. Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. From October 2025, the amount will become 1.50 euros according to the decision of the Municipality of Chiavari. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we accept small animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often permitted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Spacious and comfortable apartment located in the center of Chiavari just 500 m from the sea. Equipped with WI-FI connection and PRIVATE PARKING and TERRACE\Condominium penthouse with SEA VIEW where you can enjoy a unique relaxing atmosphere. With its eight beds it is ideal for your family or group holidays in the splendid Ligurian town. Located on the fourth floor of five of a building equipped with a lift. In the apartment we find a living area with a dining table, two sofa beds each for one person, a small sideboard and a TV. The kitchen is new and equipped with gas stove, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. It is also equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery. From this room there is access to a large terrace overlooking the city, where there is the possibility of having lunch outside. There is a table with chairs. In the apartment there are a total of 7/8 beds: in the first bedroom there is a double bed and a small bunk bed (for children), a wardrobe and a first bathroom. Inside there is a shower and toilet. In the second room there are two single beds and a third pull-out bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a clothes stand with hangers. In the living room there are two sofa beds each for a single guest. The second bathroom consists of bathroom fixtures, a large shower, telephone and there is also a washing machine that can be used during your stay. The shared terrace can be reached by lift reaching the top floor and offers a SEA VIEW and a breathtaking view of Chiavari. There is also the possibility of hanging out your laundry. The house is equipped with heating, free WI-FI service and assigned parking space. The parking is exclusive and is inside the building reachable by a level of stairs that connect internally with a lift until you reach the apartment. Pets are allowed for a surcharge.

The house is located in the heart of the historic center of Chiavari, surrounded by the characteristic medieval arcades, where you will find all the services you may need: shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, excellent bakeries where you can taste the famous Ligurian focaccia , tobacconists, bars and restaurants. Very close to the station which is ten minutes walk, it is also ideal for those traveling by public transport. In less than ten minutes you can reach the beautiful promenade where you can take long relaxing walks and the beaches to enjoy the sea. In addition to visiting the city of Chiavari, with short trips by car or train you can reach the other locations of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino or going in the opposite direction pearls like Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, reachable in about an hour. A favorite destination not only for lovers of the sea, this area of Liguria is also chosen by lovers of nature and trekking: kilometers of paths in fact wind along the hills that reach the sea, giving beautiful views of the coast. Chiavari is also about 30 minutes from Genoa and an hour and a half from Pisa.
