Property information

Accommodation facility authorized by the Liguria Region (CITR 011024-AFF-0062) On the heart of Cinque Terre, in the charming village of Riomaggiore, two minutes from the train station and a few meters from the beach and also bars and shops area, located on second floor of a historic building on the main road, Ciao Bella Divas offers elegant double bedrooms furnished with love and passion. There is no lift (we are in a 1200s village and you need to consider it in case you have motor problems). Each room has its own private external bathroom. An exception is the Superior room which has an en suite bathroom. The change of towels and the collection of rubbish will be done on the fourth day of the stay, while the replacement of the sheets will be done only on request and for a fee. The wi fi is free (there is no tv). The standard rate includes only the overnight stay but it is also possible to include breakfast, dinner or half board thanks to the partnership with a bar and a restaurant which are 80-100 meters from the property (we are not a hotel and we do not have an internal restaurant). The facility doesn’t have private parking. Pets are not allowed. The price includes the city tax.

Neighbourhood information

PAY ATTENTION TO STEPS AND PARKING !!! Riomaggiore is a very small village closed to traffic and all the movements are very fast on foot (maximum 5 minutes from one place to another). The station is inside the village so it is not necessary to take other transport (bus or taxi). You might know that there are many steps to get to the beach or the castle or to wander through the labyrinth of alleys that make up the historic center. This is something you should consider if you visit Cinque Terre, specially in case of health problems or disabilitity. Arriving to Riomaggiore by car is not recommended. Please consider that Riomaggiore is a very small village closed to the traffic. Only (very few) paid parking lots are located at the entrance of the village. Their price is 35 euros a day and you can not book them in advance. We suggest you to leave your car in La Spezia from where you will arrive to Riomaggiore in only 10 minutes by train. Parking in La Spezia also means avoiding long queues on the coastal road, especially in high season.
