Inside Villa Lina, the family offers the possibility of staying in this large and bright apartment located on the first floor. Independent and with its private outdoor space under the loggia, it is an ideal place for families looking for a quiet area outside the city. THE SPACE: Access to the house by the stairs near the garage, the kitchen is complete with accessories and is well equipped. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms (ideal if you have small children). Please note that you should follow the directions that will be sent before arrival where we recommend the road to follow to avoid narrow passage. The road from Como to Brunate has many curves, please follow the directions for an easy arrival. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
