Its structure, framed by a large terrace overlooking the sea, enchants with a loft atmosphere. A graceful staircase leads to the living area where the kitchen stands out with its bathroom and large terrace overlooking the sea, while abundant natural light pervades the environment. Here, in the heart of the Latin quarter of Alghero, you will be a few steps from the romantic seaside bastions, full of restaurants and a short distance from the white beaches of Alghero. This delightful penthouse bathed in light is located in the heart of the historic center of Alghero, has one bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and is characterized by a large terrace overlooking the sea and a sofa bed The apartment has private parking and, if desired, we can provide a car at an additional cost. In the large garage there is a third bathroom, so when you return from the sea, you can use this bathroom to rinse off before entering the house. Although the house is located in the historic center, you will sleep peacefully as the street is not busy with tourists and the windows are all double glazed. Within walking distance of the house you will find a wide range of bars and restaurants, so even though the house has a large kitchen, you will be able to enjoy fantastic local cuisine in the restaurants that are close at hand. The apartment is divided into two floors, sleeping area and living area with veranda overlooking the sea. Each floor has its own bathroom with shower and there is an outdoor shower on the terrace. La Maison Petit Chou is located on the second floor without a lift.

Here, in the heart of Alghero's Latin Quarter, you will be just a few steps away from the romantic seafront ramparts, full of restaurants and a short distance from the white beaches of Alghero. Living here means embracing the authentic soul of Alghero. A car is not necessary given the central location and the proximity of all services.
