The apartment is located on the 8th floor. The elevator only reach until the 7th floor. From there, the property is only accessible by stairs (20 steps).

A typical Italian breakfast is included. It consists of 1 cappuccino (or preferred coffee) and 1 croissant for each guestand. It will be served in a conventioned bar.
