Gianfranco worked for many years in mainland Italy and central London. He speaks English very well (with a bit of a Gino D'Acampo accent!) and French with some uncertainty due to the mix of terminology and grammar of the 4 languages ​​he knows (Sardinian is also a language!). He is passionate about local food, wines and culture. He is qualified professional Hiking Guide (AIGAE and RAS) and Sommelier (WSET) and can offer cultural, historical tours, visits to local sites, vineyards and hiking on request. When his skills come together, you can expect to discover the beautiful outdoors and at some point a great glass of wine and a spectacular view might appear.

Comida Guesthouse is a brand new modern property built with the aim of offering our guests a relaxing stay, large outdoor spaces, soundproofing features and a great knowledge of the Ogliastra region. The property consists of 5 double/twin rooms (located on the upper floors), a breakfast area with coffee/tea facilities on the ground floor, a shared courtyard of 100 square meters and a shared panoramic terrace (Sunset Terrace) of 40 square meters available to our guests. In the basement there is a covered and closed garage of 200 square meters accessible only to authorized people, especially ideal for motorcyclists and cyclists who want to sleep peacefully (access to the secure underground parking must be explicitly requested at the time of booking). Other parking spaces are available for free in the adjacent street. Each room has a private terrace or balcony, large private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, desk and/or sofa.

The property is located in a very quiet area of ​​Tortolì, just 3 minutes walk from the central Via Mons. Virgilio where there is a great variety of restaurants, bars, entertainment and you can take a stroll through the shops that do night opening shifts too during summer.
