We are pleased to welcome you to our cottage in the green. We have prepared it with love and care and we hope you will spend pleasant days there. It is furnished with everything you need and there are also books and objects that characterize us: for us hospitality is a sharing of experiences. Outside you will have a large terrace, a beautiful garden, a convenient parking and, if you wish, a room for relaxation, yoga and meditation. A bit more down there is our farmland with hens, the vegetable garden and many olive trees. The house is located in a strategic position to explore the beauty of our Sicily both by car (recommended solution) and by public transport (at five minutes walking you will find the local train stop that takes to the subway of Catania). We look forward to meeting you personally!

We love meeting new people and do everything to make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. In fact, we know the importance for travellers to find a comfortable and welcoming place and we are sure that our home meets these requirements. We love traveling, especially in India (country of origin of Aman), and we are curious to know about stories and experiences of other inhabitants of this beautiful planet that is the Earth. Our family consists of Aman (Indian), Stefania (Sicilian), Rishi (15 years) and Mira (13 years). Also live here 3 cats and a dozen hens. We host a meditation centre called Garden of the Beloved where we practice meditation and host various activities, such as the Feldenkrais, and organize small events, such as parties with Indian food, meetings for the preparation of bread with a wood oven, groups of personal growth, and similar.

Misterbianco is now a quite large country (500,000 inhabitants) but it has not lost contact with its origins and traditions. In the historic centre there are some nice points to visit (among churches, squares and the well-preserved remains of a Roman aqueduct, in addition to the delicious pastry shops where you can taste the typical local products), in the residential area, called Madonna degli Ammalati, there is a delightful little church, destination of pilgrimages and the remains of the "campanarazzu" survived the lava eruption of the end of 1600. Our house is located just halfway between the historic centre and the residential area, also it is crossed by a bike path that crosses most of the village (it is 14 km long), as well as suburban public transport. Finally, you can walk to the local train that with one stop leads to the subway of Catania. Misterbianco is also famous for its shopping area, among the largest in Sicily, and also for being an excellent starting point both to visit Catania and to reach the most interesting places of Sicily through the west ring road (E45) just 5 minutes by car.
