The apartment has just been renovated into a house of two units; ground floor with independent entrance and garden; includes 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 double bedroom and 1 with 2 single beds); 1 bathroom with shower and 1 bathroom; large living/kitchen.
