We love nature and want to protect it. Over the years we have planted hundrets of bushes and trees. As well as let our forstet grow bigger into the abandonned fields. It gives home to wildboar, deer, porcipine and badger. Save the planet.

Sustainable tourism. Relaxed vacation at Villa Rey with a clear conscience in environmental matters. Dwell water is treated as drinking water to avoid plastic and glass bottles and transportation. The kitchen uses organic/regional/seasonal fresh products. Composting. No disposable packaging. During the restoration, ecological building materials (travertine, brick, wood) were used. The insulation of masonry, roofs and windows is class A. Heating and hot water is produced by an emission-free heat pump using "green electricity". Bike tours, bike rental and hiking tours available. For security gate, private driveway and parking.

Start your outdoor activities directly on the property. Hiking and mountain biking on a seemingly endless network of trails, forest and meadow paths. The fourth largest lake in Italy, also called Trasimeno Sea, is 10 km away. The medieval villages surprise with beautiful architecture, precious museums, magnificent churches, romantic squares and alleys. In less than 1 hour you can reach Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto, Cortona, Siena, Montepulciano.
