Sunny and prestigious village 4 'from the center,connected to the center of Courmayeur and the ski lifts with a free shuttle(for you)Jul only we-Aug, Dec-Apr.Leave your car in the garage and enjoy this paradise near the Val Ferret, Val Veny, La Thuile (15 ') and Courmayeur. In the village there is a SPA (QC Hotel),a football and tennis court and a gym.2 livable balconies, furnished with custom-made artisan furniture and with all comforts (dishwasher, Bourguignonne/Fondue set & Raclette set,...) and self check in/out. You will find the apartment at the right temperature thanks to the remote heating control
the Courmaison Village is extremely well-kept, all the buildings are refined in the materials (stone and wood) and the surrounding vegetation is very well kept. The feeling is therefore of being in the beauty of nature. The apartment is at the top of the village road and therefore you can take walks directly on foot in the mountains and in nature. Courmayeur can also be reached on foot with a pleasant and panoramic walk towards Verrand and then to the center of Courmayeur reachable in 25'
