Property information

Cristal Blu residence is located in the centre of the town, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It's just at a few minutes from the harbour and at 10 minutes on foot from the wonderful Rena Bianca beach: its location is perfect for enjoying a day at the beach or for going on an excursion to the beautiful islands of La Maddalena. The residence has been completely renovated and it's pleasantly furnished. Also, it features a beautiful swimming pool reserved for guests and a solarium.

Neighbourhood information

The town of Santa Teresa is located in the far north of Sardinia, in front of the "Bocche di Bonifacio". Thanks to the local microclimate and the currents of the "Bocche", the sea is always clean and the waters are crystal clear. This makes the area a spectacular destination for divers and snorkellers. From the modern marina you can also take a ferry and reach the near Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of La Maddalena Island. In the nearby of Santa Teresa there are many unforgettable beaches. One of the most suggestive features of the area is the "Valle della Luna", characterised by hidden natural coves. In addition, the archaeological nuragic complexes of Lu Brandali and Sa Testa are definitely recommended.
