This intimate and discreet studio is located on the top floor of a building in the historic city center, just steps from the main tourist attractions. It features a living area and a sleeping area separated by a mezzanine. The studio has a private bathroom but no kitchen. The bright space offers a privileged view of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, while its romantic and cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a romantic getaway. The building has no elevator, so it is not accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety.
