Recently renovated modern apartment, on the second floor of a typical Florentine building without lift located in a very central position a few steps from Piazza Della Repubblica. The well-kept and comfortable apartment consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two complete bathrooms with shower and a balcony. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
