Residenza Parco Gioeni is an elegant apartment with a large furnished terrace from which you can enjoy the marvelous panorama of Catania, while admiring both the sea and the Etna volcano. On hot days it is possible to sunbathe on the terrace while sipping a drink while waiting for your barbecue to be ready. The house offers four beds in the same master bedroom and a two bed in another small room. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with hydromassage, radio and heated towel rail. The house is completed by a living room and a kitchen equipped with every comfort. In order not to increase the cost of the stay, guests can use the kitchen but are required to adequately wash dishes, dishes, sink, worktops and the hob only if they use them. I am committed so that my structure can be more and more green respecting nature and my guests; I therefore decided to continue washing the laundry at a minimum of 60 ° C, but minimizing or eliminating the use of perfumes and softeners; in addition, the linen will be dried in the sun naturally, no longer in the dryer when possible, and folded by beating it by hand and folding it without ironing it where possible. All this involves a waste of time and energy but helps us to reduce CO2 emissions in our environment by safeguarding it with small gestures and trying to maintain comfort for my customers.
