This Charming residence is the result of painstaking restoration , probably a single body with the adjacent Church of St. John the Baptist. The church of St. John the Baptist has existed since very ancient times: it is recorded in the Acts of the Pastoral Visit of Bishop Ludovico De Pennis as early as 1452, but not as recent but rather as already existing one.

The house is located in the historical city center of Nardó . Please note that the area is a limited traffic zone. Free parking spaces are available at 200 meters from the house. Dimora san Giovanni is an old house dated back to the 16th century located in the historical city center of Nardò. Nardo’ is a baroque town set in the gorgeous Puglia region, just 20 km away from Lecce. The structure of the house remained true to its origins, likely belonging to the close Church of S.Giovanni Battista as it has exactly the same stone decoration on the 4 corners of the vaulted ceiling. The restoration process lasted for 2 years; I transformed the inside into a stunning and modern space decorated in neutral colours and flooded with a fair mix of natural and soft light in all the rooms.
