the villa is semi-indipendent part of a complex of two villas surrounded by private land. The area is extremely quiet and it is unbelievable the silence that comes at night. Sunsets are AMAZING. Furthermore at 500m there are: supermarket, 2 bars, a restaurant, while within 1,5 km there are several local very nice restaurants. In 15 minutes you can arrive to the A1 motorway, while in less than one hour you are in Ciampino Airport or in 1h and 10' in Fiumicino Airport.
