New attic along the coast in Marina di Casal Velino. Over newly furnish it accommodates up to 4 people. It 'a living room with a sofa 4 seats and TV, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower, washing machine and sink. The living room leads to the terrace (sitting area with umbrella) overlooking the sea. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with hot / cold air-conditioning (on request for a fee). The apartment is also equipped with bed linen, internet wi-fi and clothes horse. On the ground floor, outside, guests can take advantage of the hot shower and the shared barbecue. The car can be parked inside the structure. Upon arrival you will be given a remote control for automatic gate and a key to the gate. The sea and the pebbly beach is 200 meters and the sandy beach 300 meters away you can walk along a downhill path. The center and the long beach are a 1-minute drive away.
