Domus Alberico is a welcoming property located in a quiet and well-connected area, spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a guest house with 6 independent rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Rooms can be rented individually or all together by a group wishing to book the entire space. Breakfast is served upon request for guest house guests. On the first floor, there is a private apartment for up to 5 people, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed. The apartment can only be rented as a whole, and breakfast is not guaranteed for these guests. Terms/surcharges related to the first-floor apartment: For bookings up to 4 people, both bedrooms are included; use of the sofa bed for a single guest incurs a 30 euro surcharge. For special rate bookings for 2 people, only one bedroom is included; use of both bedrooms for single occupancy incurs a 30 euro surcharge. Domus Alberico combines flexibility, comfort, and privacy, offering ideal solutions for both couples and larger groups, with the option to choose between the comfort of the guest house or the privacy of a private apartment.
