I'm naturally optimistic and practical by necessity! I am always available by phone! During the summer months, you often find me nearby!
Villasimius, Campolongu area: the hill of Villasimius with a view of the promontory, beaches, port, and golf course. Private road: access with barrier and numerical keypad. The house is 300 meters from the sea, but it's ON A HILL: better to have a car or good legs. The town center is easily reachable by car, as are the 7 beaches of Villasimius. A municipal shuttle is also available right at the foot of the hill.
