Elegant and quiet apartment located in front of the Central Station of La Spezia, 100m from the pedestrian street in the centre. The property, located on the fourth floor without lift, consists of two large and spacious bedrooms, an original wooden kitchen, a modern bathroom and two lovely balconies. All spaces are equipped with independent air conditioning. Very convenient for reaching the Cinque Terre by train or ferry. Given the central location, every type of activity is available nearby. We are located in the centre, one minute from the Central Station of La Spezia. All services are guaranteed a few meters from the apartment. The pier is also nearby from where you can take advantage of the ship and ferry service to visit Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Isola Palmaria, Portofino
