Appartamenrto appena ristrutturato molto luminoso, in una piccola palazzina, situato nel cuore della citta', ma in posizione tranquilla e riservata, dispone di camera da letto, socciorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, bagno con doccia. Al primo piano con ascensore accessibile da portone condominiale.
Da sempre nel settore dell ospitalita' , ma nella ristorazione sempre con il piacere di accogliere ospiti e cercare di farli stare a proprio agio. Appassionato di escursioni a disposizione per far scoprire i meravigliosi parchi naturali abruzzesi.
Nel cuore della citta' a due passi dal mare e dalle vie dello shopping , supermercati e ogni genere di locali, senza mai prendere l'auto.
