House located in the heart of the Marche hills in a very quiet position, surrounded by woods and meadows owned. Possibility of easily reaching all the places of Marche and Umbria. Typical nature, cultural, food and wine trails. Possibility of cot, crib, playpen, changing table for children. Garden equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs and loungers for sunbathing, eating, drinking, reading and relaxing while admiring the view. (Small pets allowed only by prior agreement with the owner) Structure in compliance with current legislation: carbon monoxide detector, LPG gas detector, fire extinguishers.
