The house is a traditional Friulian house spread over four floors. On the ground floor you will find large living room with sofa bed, large and super-equipped kitchen, a service bathroom with sink and toilet and the small inner courtyard; on the second floor the main bathroom complete with shower and everything you may need; on the second floor a double bedroom; on the third floor the second double bedroom. Elegant and cozy, tastefully decorated with design details, the house can accommodate up to six people. it is suitable for families and groups of friends. Keep in mind that each floor is connected by internal stairs, making it unsuitable for people with limited mobility or who prefer not to take stairs.

Within walking distance from the very heart of Udine and major attractions. Near Giovanni da Udine Theater. Excellent location allows you to explore the city on foot and enjoy the historic "Borgo Pracchiuso" the characteristic street where the house lies, with numerous restaurants and bars, a next door grocery store with excellent quality products, a butcher shop and many other amenities. Ample parking both covered and uncovered in Piazza Primo Maggio, just a short walk away, and more parking slots right at the front door. Piazza Primo Maggio, the bigger square and city's main garden, is right next door.
