The 150 sqm apartment, recently restored, is located on the second floor of a splendid Liberty Villa of the late nineteenth century. The house consists of a large attic used as a living and dining room overlooking San Marco, three large bedrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed, a large adjoining bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool bath, plus a spacious terrace with a view over the lagoon; the second bedroom, consisting of two single beds overlooking the villa's private garden and the canal, the third room, consisting of a large double bed also with a view. The house has a fully equipped modern kitchen. Also there is another bathroom with shower available to guests. It is bright and secluded and is characterized by being a perfect retreat at the end of a day exploring Venice. It is possible, in fact, to enjoy a good bottle of wine on the terrace of the Villa watching the sunset paint the Venice lagoon with colors reminiscent of the paintings by Canaletto and Tiziano
