This two-story house is perfect for those looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, including the Dolce Gusto coffee machine, along with a dining area featuring a table and chairs to enjoy meals together. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms: one with a small balcony overlooking the greenery, the other with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. The bathroom is practical and includes a shower, toilet, and bidet. Outside, you can relax in the shared garden after a day at the beach. The house is located in Magliolo, a quiet town near Pietra Ligure. Here, you can enjoy peace and silence, away from the city hustle. Restaurants and grocery stores are about a 20-minute walk away, while the sea and the center of Pietra Ligure are a 15/20-minute drive away. If empty, you can park in the unassigned parking space, in the street above the house. The apartment cannot be reached directly by public transport, so we strongly recommend having a car.
