Villa e Fattoria di Radi is a little medieval Village sourmonted by a reinassance Villa. You will live in the crete senesi area with magnificent panorama of the tuscan hills. Your Apartment is in the medieval Farmhouse Cerreto or in the little square of the Village (Torre e Drago). You will feel at home in your own Holiday Apartment: each one has his own living and well equipped kitchen. Each one has a reserved Gazebo in the garden or in the courtiyard well furnished with table, chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool area is particurly magnificent with a gorgeous and unforgattable panorama on crete senesi hills and Siena. Swimming pool open from begenning of May to the benenning of October (9.00 a.m. to 20.00 p.m.) The pool is shared and every Apartment has its own gazebo with sunbeds. ATTENTION PLEASE THE 2 BEDROOMS APARTMENTS WITH COURTIYARD VIEW ARE 100 meters AWAY from the SWIMMING POOL INCLUDEDE IN THE RENTAL: - initial and final cleaning (the Apartment must be let in order as found at the check in) - bed and bathroom linen - all consumption of water and electricity (please take care of the environment) - air conditioned (please take care of the environment) - FREE WIFI - SMART TV - use of the private parking - use of the garden - use of the shared swimming pool HOUSE RULES and THINGS TO KNOW: Please follow all our rules for using the swimming pool (in each Apartment) It's stricltly forbidden smoke inside the Apartments and in the common area The garbage: when the household waste is full deposit the bins in the trash bins in the centre of the Radi village, near the Bar Sapori di Radi The welcome kit in each bathroom includes shower gel. shampoo, little soap, toilet paper YOUR PET: Only previously registered pets are allowed. The extra is 50 euro for all the stay. Owners are kindly asked do not take the pets to the pool area, they must take at the chain when outside the Apartment, it's not allowed to let them climbing onto sofas and beds.
