This residence, carefully renovated while preserving the original local architecture with period materials, promises a stay characterized by history and tradition. Outside, a lush garden full of aromatic plants and flowers opens up to the senses, while the private pool invites for refreshing moments of relaxation. Inside, the villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests in two bedrooms, with the possibility of using a double sofa bed in the living room and adding an additional bed, thus accommodating up to a maximum of seven guests. The house has two bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience. Equipped with every modern comfort, including air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi connection, and a well-equipped kitchen, it perfectly suits both short stays and longer sojourns. Additional services include the provision of linen, cleaning service, and for those who never leave home without their four-legged friends, the villa is also pet-friendly. The location invites guests to explore the surroundings on foot, with the historical center of Ostra and its local shops about 1500 meters away.
