Located within an ancient city wall, this dwelling offers the perfect blend of comfort and tradition. The terracotta terraces, complete with built-in benches, invite moments of outdoor relaxation, with the addition of a wood-burning oven overlooking the small woodland, ideal for convivial evenings. The interior of the apartment is designed to ensure a cozy and spacious stay. On the ground floor, the living area unfolds into a spacious kitchen, enriched with fine materials such as Carrara marble, and a lounge equipped with an imposing fireplace. Moving up to the upper floor, the space is expertly divided into two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, offering a peaceful rest and unique views over the Valdicecina and the characteristic rooftops of Gello. Functionality meets elegance in the internal furnishings, with three walk-in closets fully at guests' disposal and two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a distinctive built-in bathtub. For guests' convenience, there is an additional bathroom under the stairs. The apartment not only offers spacious areas and a design that enhances local tradition but invites guests to fully experience the serene and historic atmosphere of the place. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
