Accepted pet size: medium (30 to 60 cm) The apartment, spread over three levels in a skillfully restored building, combines comfort and attention to detail, offering the perfect retreat for families or couples seeking a calm, private stay. Entry is through an external staircase beside the garden or from the garage, while a vast terrace and a paved courtyard invite you to enjoy moments of outdoor relaxation, lunches under the sun, or simply sunbathing in a serene atmosphere. The interiors are designed for comfort: in the basement, there is a practical laundry room with a service bathroom and a useful storage room. On the ground floor, the house opens onto a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with sofas, a coffee table, and TV, completed by a bathroom with a shower. Ascending to the first floor, you find two attic bedrooms with exposed beams, each overlooking a large terrace and equipped according to hospitality needs with single or double beds, plus a bathroom that boasts a whirlpool bath, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay. Outside, the large paved terrace in front of the house is equipped with an umbrella, tables, chairs, and sun loungers ideal for relaxing under the sun. A well-maintained green area with a lawn embraces the property, inviting moments of pure relaxation in the open air. The location offers easy access to the beauties of the Dolomiti Bellunesi, the cities of Belluno and Feltre, and the natural and sporting treasures of the area, making it the ideal starting point for nature explorers, cycling enthusiasts, sailors, or those who wish to immerse themselves in the tranquility and scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape.
