The property is located in an excellent position in the heart of Trieste, on the noble floor of a nineteenth-century building, and was completely renovated in 2019.
The three rooms are dedicated to three of the most beautiful flowers that live in the Trieste area: Glicine (purple), Ginestre (yellow) and Iris (turquoise).
They are 35-45 m2 in size, suitable for a single family unit. They have private bathroom and kitchenette.
All furniture and ceramics are made in Italy.
The position of the property is excellent, in the heart of the historic center of Trieste, a few steps away from the church of Sant’Antonio and from Piazza Unità d'Italia. In front of it there is a small square with beautiful historical buildings of Trieste, from which the pedestrian area of Viale XX Settembre starts, one of the richest areas for aperitifs and dinners. In the opposite direction you enter the pedestrian area of the historic center of Trieste.
The area is also well served by the buses.
The train station is less than 1 km far.
