I'm Alverio and I work in the holiday homes for over 10 years, I own a Property Management Agency the 'Picasa Sicilia' and I'm also responsible for Sicily of a well-known tour operator that deals with villas with swimming pool and access to sea. I do my job with extreme dedication, love and passion. I like to create and offer amazing and functional environments, I like to make known my wonderful Sicily that now I know far and wide!

My structure was designed and created to let my guests live a unique holiday, with a breathtaking view of Ortigia and the sea, waking up with the sound of sailing boats swaying in this wonderful sea mirror is something exceptional !! The house is also equipped for any need from the dishwasher, to the dryer, which will save you time and fully enjoy your holiday!

The house is located at the Sbarcadero, inside the sea mirror of Porto Piccolo, adjacent to the historic center of Ortigia, which is compulsorily reached on foot, also the central area is within walking distance there are solariums, restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, shops, bike path that runs along the sea, and many other places to admire breathtaking views or to visit almost as obligatory as the Greek Theater or the catacombs of San Giovanni, or the Shrine of Our Lady of tears ... all strictly walking distance!
