Newly renovated house just outside wonderful Spoleto. Located in the beautiful mountains completely undisturbed and with an unobstructed view.

Located in the beautiful mountains completely undisturbed and with an unobstructed views. Conveniently located to experience Umbria with all the lovely towns within easy reach. The beautiful Nera valley is just below the house and a multitude of hiking/biking trails are right outside the door.
